Sugar Nellie Stamps

Another Christmas card, but using a different stamp..... I bought this one last year from Sugar Nellie; coloured in using promarkers/ copic pens and then I just layered it up.

More JOFY stamps

I promise to show you something else soon - I did these to donate as a raffle prize.  I made 5 cards and put them inside a box I made (I obviously took the photo the wrong way round, and if I had more time I could probably work out how to put it right......).  I really like these stamps, despite saying I really didn't need any Christmas ones....

JOFY Stamps

Just two more finished cards - I put these two on printed card.

JOFY Stamps - finished....

This is how I finished the tags to make them into cards.  I sprayed the orange one as I didn't like my blending.... then added some trimming to it.  I put them on to kraft cardstock and punched a hole through the card, then tied them with ribbon.

JOFY stamps

I went to the Craft Barn on Saturday and I couldn't resist buying some new Christmas stamps - these are from Paper Artsy and they are designed by Jo Firth-Young.  I did these on Sunday - the large Christmas card was so easy, just stamp it in black and then stamp the baubles on a book page and glue them on top.  I used Stickles glitter on the baubles.  On the tags I used one stamp repeated a few times and coloured them in.  I also used distress inks to colour the background card....... I like the green one but I don't think I did the orange one well!  Now it's dry I might try spraying over it.

Christmas Card

Here is another Christmas Card - my first attempt at making one with glitter.  (Yes, I have tried quite a few times before but it never worked for me....)  I bought the shaker card pouches from J and C creations (shake it, by Impression Obsession) - I really liked these as they are quite flat so won't be too tricky to post, and they already had glue on them, so I didn't need any extra adhesive.  I did have problems cutting the paper to fit over it, though.  May be my Spellbinder dies weren't the right size?  But I think it still looks okay.  The stamp is a Personal Impressions one (a Christmas "tinchies") which was just the right size.  I also have a larger size but I haven't done anything with that one yet.
